Guided and Skilled
Supporting Inclusive Classrooms

Every child deserves an equal chance to learn. As SKILD has been advocating for special needs
inclusion in schools, higher education, the job market, and the community as a whole, we are
providing a course on essentials for accompanying children with moderate to severe special needs in
a mainstream classroom. The “Guided and Skilled Course” aims to prepare individuals to accompany
and support children with special needs in the school environment. Any mature individual who has
the passion, patience, and willingness to learn about the world of special needs can benefit from this

Course Mission
The certificate is a 25-hour course designed to provide candidates with a wider understanding of the
world of special education. The course will equip participants with essential information needed to
accompany students with educational and behavioral challenges in the classroom.
As a result of this course, a digital platform for all participants will be created as a catalyst between
parents/schools and the graduates of this course. This platform will facilitate communication and
will open work opportunities for the course graduates to find jobs on one hand and will make it easy
for parents and schools to find qualified teachers and aids for their children on the other hand.
