Turning Awareness into Meaningful Action
The Saint George School observed Anti-Bullying Day with a powerful series of activities focused on student empowerment and community building.
Our Grade 7 & 8 students teamed up with the incredible Learning Support Program team for a full day dedicated to transforming awareness into meaningful, everyday action. The goal was to move beyond simply recognizing the issue and instead, actively practice the skills needed to create a supportive environment.
Choosing Courage and Connection
The day was filled with honest conversations, powerful group activities, and moments of real connection. Our students deeply explored the themes of kindness, inclusion, and the courage to stand up—not just for others, but for themselves.
Through collaborative sessions, students practiced:

Identifying and addressing different forms of bullying.

The importance of empathy and active listening.

Developing the confidence to intervene and report unkind behavior.
We are incredibly proud of their maturity and commitment. Together, we are building a Saint George School community where every voice matters and every student belongs.
