Dr. Maya is an Associate Professor at the University of Balamand specializing in gifted education, inclusion, teacher education and classroom management. She coordinates the Bachelor of Arts and Field Practicum program in the Department of Education. Maya holds a PhD and teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses. She also supervises Master students, consults in education, and holds a leadership role with the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children.
